The Protocol

The Ideal Protein healthy living protocol is made up of 4 phases.

Phase 1: This is the phase you are in until you reach your lifestyle goal. For many this is seeing a particular number on the scale and for others this may be until their blood pressure is at a healthy number, cholesterol is within a normal range, their labs indicate that they are no longer diabetic or pre-diabetic, etc.

Phase 2-3: Once you have reached your personal lifestyle goal(s), we will slowly reintroduce the food groups that were restricted during phase 1 of the protocol.

Phase 4: Maintenance! In this phase we will teach you how to maintain your results for the remainder of your lifetime!
